THE REDISCOVERED MUSEUM

WHERE EVERY STEP ECHOES WITH HISTORY AND ART
Della Calza finds its home within the historic complex of San Giovanni della Calza, founded in 1373 by Bindo Benini as a hostel for pilgrims and wayfarers.
Once a convent graced by the works of masters such as Perugino and Ghirlandaio, it still preserves its vaulted ceilings, cloisters, and stone walls, silent witnesses to centuries of devotion and artistry. Here, every detail tells centuries of stories.
In this timeless setting, art is not merely observed, but experienced. Each step becomes a private journey through memory and beauty, in what feels like an intimate museum where past and present coexist in perfect harmony.
Access to the rooms and restaurant services is available exclusively to those who enter the wellness center.
The Last Supper by Fraciabigio, along with the other works preserved inside Della Calza, can be visited every day from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Special visits at other times can also be arranged upon request.
Upon reservation, the public can enjoy guided tours conducted by licensed tour guides, providing a comprehensive historical and artistic overview of the works and spaces.
